1. Who we are

StackPacked ("we", "us") operates the website stackpacked.com and provides deployment, migration and support services for open-source software. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill our audit or contact forms we collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, team size, the topic you need help with, and anything you write in the message field.
• Technical information. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
• Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts; Google may log the technical request that serves the font files.
• We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare your free stack audit.
• To deliver, support and invoice the services you purchase.
• To contact you about your project by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To keep basic business records as required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Where your information lives

Form submissions are stored on our own servers (hosted in the EU) and in our internal lead sheet (Google Workspace). Access is limited to the StackPacked team. If you become a client, project information also lives in the tools we use to serve you.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required to provide services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your rights

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for future communication. Write to info@stackpacked.com and we will act on verified requests within a reasonable time. If you believe we have not resolved your concern, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS; our servers are access-controlled and kept patched. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with appropriate technical measures.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version; material changes will be noted on this page.
